Everyone has a unique lifestyle and journey. No matter where you are in that journey, the right strategy can help you reach your goals and create sustainable shifts to improve your nutrition and health.

 A PERSONAL BEGINNING

My work as an integrative nutrition coach is rooted in both education and lived experience. It began early, through a personal health challenge that shaped how I understand the body, food, and long term wellbeing.

At 16, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. At a time when I should have felt strong and carefree, I was navigating fatigue, inflammation, and uncertainty. While medical care was part of my journey, I quickly realized that how I lived each day mattered. What I ate, how I managed stress, and how I cared for my body all influenced how I felt.

That realization led me to plants.

Learning, Living, and Evolving

Long before it was mainstream, I began exploring a plant forward way of eating. I learned through experience that whole, nutrient dense foods supported my energy, reduced symptoms, and helped me feel more like myself again. That curiosity became a lifelong commitment, and I have now lived a plant based lifestyle for decades.

As I moved through midlife and experienced shifts in energy and hormones, I deepened my understanding of nutrition, gut health, and lifestyle medicine. I pursued formal education through Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Cornell University, and Harvard Medical School.

What I learned confirmed what I had experienced firsthand. The body is responsive, intelligent, and capable of thriving when supported well.

The Work I Do Today

Plant Powered Collective was created from this intersection of experience and education.

I do not believe in perfection or one size fits all approaches. I believe in bio individuality, realistic shifts, and sustainable habits. I also believe that nourishment goes beyond the plate to include what we put on our bodies, in our homes, and into our lives.

Today, I support women, especially in midlife, who are ready to feel better, think more clearly, and live with intention. Through coaching, community, and education, I translate science into practical strategies that fit into real life.

This is not about changing everything overnight. It is about making aligned choices that build over time.
